We've had ApprovalMax for a couple of years now and it most certainly sped up the process of approvals and getting bills turned around and paid promptly. But in addition, when things go wrong within an organisation, ApprovalMax records/workflows are instrumental in the security of your financial business. So worth the investment.

As a bookkeeper, I introduced ApprovalMax to streamline the approval process in our company, and I’m thrilled with the results. Previously, our approval process took up to three days to send, review, and receive all necessary approvals. But with ApprovalMax, everything has been drastically improved, in hours we can solve everything! I worked closely with the team to design the workflow, and I had all the support I needed during the implementation phase. The transition was seamless, and I can already see the difference. Now, we have a structured, efficient process: invoices are entered by Monday, sent for approval that same day, and the first stage of approvals must be completed by Wednesday. The final stage is finished by Thursday, ensuring that all payments are made by Friday. This process is now incredibly smooth and organized. Saw this tool in July 2024, learnt, planned, tested and implemented for 5-10 people in the company by the start of Jan 2025 with no external consultancy. It has saved us thousands already and made our admin processes much smoother. Great system for small co's (we are about 30 people). Highly recommended. Great ROI. Very good integration with Xero.

We have really enjoyed working with Approval Max in our business and it has had many advantages in streamlining our efficiencies as well as making work-loads lighter. The system has helped us with our compliance as well. The development is on-going with new added features being added all the time. I am a big fan. The support team is fantastic when it comes to help and feed-back. There are a few requests that I would like changed but one is able to put that forward and be voted on. Approval Max Capture is a fantastic new feature as is Batch Payments. That just needs tweaking so signatories can sign off once and not each individual transaction. Overall - it is a very good system and easy to operate and set up.
