Had a few issues trying to link eBay and Amazon to a new xero account. Kaylie took care of this for me and the problem was solved in under 15 minutes. I've been using the app for 4 years now, and it works fantastically well. In the past 4 years this is the only time I've ever needed to reach out for support. It's nice to know it's there if you need it though, but the app is super reliable that once set up you don't really need much help from there.

Testing it as a replacement for A2X as they will allow me to link 2 Amazon accounts. Simple to use so far and interaction with help centre (Kaylie) has been good.
