Getting started

Setting up the integration between Xero and Castaway is simple. Click the Xero icon, add your credentials and choose your Xero file. In just a few seconds, you're ready to import accounts and historic financial data from Xero into Castaway. Our drag-and-drop mapping puts you in control, making it easy to build a chart of accounts tailored to the needs of your forecast.

Outstanding

30+ years in the profession and I cannot think of a better product that has helped my firm deliver tailored, quality, speedy, flexible, complete, bullet-proof 3-way forecasts than Castaway Cloud. The latest release with (1) Consolidations and (2) Copy Projects have been sensational. By way of an example, I was able to prepare a 3-way forecast for a client (4 companies) including foreign currency on the edge of my hotel bed in Wellington and still made the All Blacks test match. The forecast was to support a loan application so had to be spot on. The lender was impressed. I have been using Castaway (Desktop Version) for years and moved to Cloud Oct/Nov 23. The team at Castaway have managed the transition to the Cloud with professionalism and skill. It took a while, but the current version is amazing. Thanks Michael, Jo and team.

Amazing forecasting!

As an accountant I have loved being able to provide tailored cashflow advice to my clients using this software, updating the data with actuals from Xero easily. My clients have loved it too, it makes looking forward clear and easy!
