Booke AI + Xero
Booke.ai integrates directly with Xero and works inside your existing books without requiring a new platform or additional bank connections.
After installation, Booke is added as a standard user to your Xero organisation. The AI Bookkeeper then operates within the Xero interface, reviewing bank feed transactions, categorizing entries, matching bills, invoices, and receipts, and preparing reconciliation automatically.
Unlike traditional integrations that only sync data through APIs, Booke’s RPA-driven AI interacts with Xero similarly to an experienced bookkeeper — performing tasks directly in your ledger while maintaining your existing workflows and controls.
Getting started
To connect Booke to Xero:

In Booke, click on “Add business” button

Select Xero as your data source

You’ll be redirected to Xero to login and select the particular Xero entity you wish to connect to Booke
