Game Changer

Thank goodness for BeanBox - this has been a life saver for my business which is motly made up of repeating invoicing. Fantastic, responsive service from Josh. Worth every dollar 😊

SIMPLICITY

Created the forecast for my sales in minutes. Edited invoices by selecting the link so I could move the income account or change the invoice amount. So easy. A must for any business with recurring invoices.

Great add-on

A must App

I had never heard of BeanBox until I asked my Xero Partner how to export repeating invoices to Excel. Earlier today, I had run the numbers manually on a calculator, but once I installed BeanBox, the task took just a few minutes and the data was far more accurate, especially when sorting by NL code. I can confidently say that BeanBox is an essential tool.

Should be part of Xero

Invaluable product for a company like ours with so many recurring invoices. The functionality really should be part of Xero itself. We'd be lost without it.
