Workhorse + Xero
Workhorse manages the operational side of stock, orders, purchasing and fulfilment. Xero manages the accounts.
The integration keeps the two aligned, so your finance data reflects what is happening in the operation. Workhorse syncs customers, suppliers, sales invoices, credit notes, purchase orders, bills, tracking categories, chart of accounts and tax rates with Xero.
Payment status and selected financial updates are synced back from Xero where applicable.
Controlled document automation
Workhorse can reduce manual data entry by capturing selected operational documents received by email, classifying them and extracting key information into Workhorse.
Supported document types include:
- Sales orders
- Goods received notes
Extracted data is validated before it is written into the system, so users stay in control of stock, purchasing and fulfilment data.
