We’ve had a genuinely excellent experience with A2X, both in terms of the product itself and the support we’ve received from Juliet and her team. A2X is a very strong product and does exactly what you need it to do. It takes what can be a complicated area of e-commerce accounting and makes it far more structured, reliable and manageable. For us, one of the biggest benefits has been its ability to handle multiple Shopify accounts operating in different currencies and bring everything accurately into a single Xero organisation. That could easily become a very manual and messy process, but A2X has made it far simpler to manage, reconcile and report on. The integration and reporting are clear, and once properly configured it removes a significant amount of manual work from the finance process while also improving confidence in the numbers. What has particularly stood out, though, is the level of customer support. Juliet and the team have been fantastic from the outset. Response times are incredibly quick, instructions are clear and easy to follow, and they are always willing to take the time to properly understand the issue rather than simply sending a generic response. Where we have needed additional help, they have effectively held our hand through the process, explaining what needs to be done and why, and making sure everything is working correctly before moving on. That level of support makes a huge difference, particularly when dealing with multiple Shopify stores, different currencies and a more complex accounting setup. It’s rare to find a software business that combines a genuinely good product with such responsive and knowledgeable customer service. I would have no hesitation recommending A2X to any e-commerce business, accountant or finance team looking to improve the accuracy and efficiency of their accounting. A great product and an outstanding support team. Five stars.

Fantastic customer service. The help getting set up with Xero was great. Nora was very understanding and knowledgeable. She was patient with me as I have limited background of accounting and I.T. The app is great and takes so much work out of doing manual data transfers. I cant recommend A2X enough. Thank you!
