The team at Fishbowl have been fantastic in supporting and assisting us in the implementation of the system.

We have used Fishbowl for 5 years simply as a raw materials stock system, however this year with an excellent programmer we are able to develop the job control system we need to cost our manufacturing product.

We have been using fishbowl for several months now and have really found it helpful connecting our overall team in terms of stock management, vendor sales orders & completion times for allocated projects in a timely manner. It has assisted us to have a great overview of all aspects under the one roof which has optimized our project timeframes.

Fishbowl is simple to use and allows us to have thorough knowledge of our stock levels across the warehouse. It integrates well with Xero for our accounts but could improve the reporting options in some areas. We also would like to have email notifications of updates to know when they are available or need to be done to continue working efficiently.

Fishbowl is a system that is easy to work with. Hoping to see the cloud version soon, so can have a more modern look. The reporting can be improved to allow ease of data analysis. Their support team in AU has great customer service and spend the time to go through the queries.

Our company really likes working with Fishbowl, it has a robust system that is easy to use once you get the hang of it. The team have regular workshops to help you make the most out of the software or showcase the latest features and the team is always quick to respond and very helpful!
