Really easy to use and saves us so much time. It learns the codes and automatically applies them. We now use it for our field engineers to submit their company credit card receipts directly. Having the app, desktop and whatsapp submission provides extra flexibility and the automatic document fetch saves even more time!

I have used Dext for years in two different businesses. It helps reduce the time it takes to input data and is cheaper than paying someone to do the admin. It is generally quite accurate and I like that you can save settings which means when an invoice from the same supplier comes in again, Dext completes the fields with the pre saved settings saving even more time. I like the new Statements feature too and it works brilliantly with Xero.

We love Dext because our staff can now upload invoices and receipts immediately for authorising , saves time and paper (no more crumpled receipts or coffee soaked invoices). Since moving to Dext and Xero we have cut down our printing and filing by 75%.

Using Dext has saved many hours of work. It does so much automatically and integrates directly with Xero, so once the receipts or invoices have been scanned and published in Dext, they show up immediately in Xero. Would thoroughly recommend.
