Quadient AP has been exactly what we were looking for to streamline our AP processing. Implementation couldn't have gone smoother.

Whilst still in its early stages, our experience with Quadient AP has so far been great. It has streamlined our AP processing time and strengthened our audit trail. It has offered an all in one solution rather than having different add-ons for expenses vs AP. We are also using the APP for Expenses and credit card reconciliation. The expenses module within Quadient AP is undergoing changes at the moment to incorporate CC reconciliation so there are a few areas that could integrate better with Xero, however, the team at Quadient are great with handling these changes and we have already seen some changes/developments in the short time we have been using the system. We were fully aware that we were 'guinea-pigs' in the CC rec process and we have no doubt that, once those changes are all complete, this APP will be perfect for all areas of our AP.
