Lagging issues; GST & invoice numbers not picked up correctly at times

I love Ezzybills - it does all the hard work and creates invoices in Xero as draft. It even creates complex multi-line invoices perfectly. Very rarely do I have to edit the work created by Ezzybills. Just review and approve

App does what it says on the tin efficiently, and well. Support is quick to respond, answer any questions and resolve issues.

Kedar on the help line was great. He managed to fix our problem very quickly and we went from thinking we had a major problem in our busy Friday schedule to back on track and business as usual, all within a few seconds. A great example of what real support should look like.
