Streamlined Efficiency with My Trucking and Xero Integration

As a company new to My Trucking but with extensive experience using Xero, we’ve seen an immediate improvement in our workflow with this integration. The time between job completion and invoicing has been drastically reduced. Now, once a job is finished, the driver can instantly upload photos and paperwork directly into My Truck, which seamlessly syncs with Xero for billing. This also allows us to send signed paperwork and digital signatures directly to the client—everything is handled smoothly in one transaction. Before, we would often experience a delay of up to a week, waiting for our drivers to return to the office with the necessary paperwork for invoicing. Now, with the integration, everything happens in real-time. We can even upload additional documents to Xero, ensuring clients receive their invoice, paperwork, and photos without any extra hassle. Loving this system so far—it’s saving us significant time and improving our service quality!

Easy integration and time saving

I have been using My Trucking for several years and it is a fabulous software tool. We use it for the freight arm of our business and wish we could use it across all arms of our agricultural based business. It seamlessly integrates with our accounting package - xero, and saves countless hours inputting data both from the organising of jobs, through to invoicing, report functions are useful. The drivers app allows for constant flow of information and quick and easy updating of new jobs or completed jobs. The team at My Trucking are responsive, friendly, helpful and open to user feedback. They are constantly improving the platform and new updates have been useful. Highly recommend this NZ based business, me being in Australia does not impact the quality of service that they provide.

Brilliant Integration between Xero and MyTrucking

MyTrucking is the best driver scheduling program we have ever used. Create, dispatch, finish and invoice jobs in minutes. With Google Maps link and desk top and mobile app use. Codes, prices and customer merged in from Xero for quick start up, invoices pushed out from MyTrucking to Xero, with very little doubling handling. Highly recommend this NZ based company with Australian Reps who can visit you onsite. Great customer service with constant contact chat box and ability to ask for additions to program to suit your business requirements. Highly recommend for transport companies!
