The team at Futurli, especially Jess who worked with us on our file, were amazing and responsive. Jess put in dozens of hours trying to get this to suit our purpose and was friendly and helpful despite fighting a losing battle. Basically our 5 cost centre file was seemed to be too overwhelming to deal with, budgeting was not so great as had to use google sheets rather than feeding from Xero budgets, and the report writing was not user friendly. This might be great for a simple one cost centre business, but we have moved onto an alternative which immediately solved all of the functionality shortcomings within a matter or a day or two, and we could self teach to a proficient level also within those few days. Not the case with Futurli sadly.

Hi Tracey - really sorry to see that you had this experience with Futrli and that you aren't in the vast majority of Futrli users that have gone with a 5 star review. Of course feedback like yours is vital as we continue to build a tool that suits everyone.
The great news is that the shortcomings that you have mentioned will all be updated.
The Google Sheets integration offers a solution to importing information whilst additional import methods are built - including a simple process to bring through budgets from other software. The reporting tool does currently give the user the ability to create completely customisable reports, but we recognise that finding a simplified approach (that continues to offer so much customisation) will be helpful for some users.
So glad to hear that Jess in the Futrli team was so helpful - we'd love to see you have another look at Futrli when those changes you require have been made.

only supports GBP
the service looks amazing and seems to be very good. but single currency support is a big limitation.

Great Software
I've enjoyed getting to know Futrli software and understanding how it can help me. The amazing functionality saves me hours of my time modelling in excel. Nick is extremely helpful and always on hand to answer the many questions I have, explaining his answers clearly and helping me to get the best from the software. I highly recommend using Futrli, its been a game changer for me so far!

Excellent Software and Support
Amazing functionality saving hours of my time modelling in excel. Ron has been so helpful and explains everything in simple terms, which makes the system even easier to use. Highly recommend and commend Futrli and Ron

Excellent Reporting Application!
Futrli is a powerful, intuitive, and easy to use application that helps me add to the value I give my clients whether it be metrics, financial reporting, or cash flow projection to name a few. The staff is very responsive and is super helpful. I highly recommend to accountants and CPAs that need a powerful tool to help them provide insight into their client's business.
