We use the app for consolidated reporting of several companies and thousands of tracking codes. A neat and lean tool that works perfectly and much better than other tools that promise more and keep less. Also received great support from Scott to get started.

Great add-in, within a few hours (mostly spent ensuring I have the correct references in Xero's Chart of Accounts) we have managed to pull all our P&L data into Excel. This saves at least an hour or so of work every month to do this manually, and ensuring the historic data in Excel are automatically update when there are adjustments made in Xero is invaluable. So far have been using the XGL function for pulling P&L data, and XDESC to sanity check that I have pulled through the right item from the Chart of Accounts. Given the simplicity will also look at the other functions to pull in the balance sheet items also.

We are a non-profit with multiple grants with which we need to track. With the new function that allows the use of two tracking categories (XTRACKM), I am able to set up my budget reports once and then just update date ranges for each month. This has saved me a lot of time as Xero didn't have a built in report that let me capture all the data I needed without having to piece together several different reports. I would highly recommend. This app along with Approval Max (also highly recommended) makes Xero a complete accounting system for our organization's needs.
