Have just started in the last couple of months for a few clients, the app is so easy to use, can manage complex group set ups and I cannot say enough about the support team and how quick they are with responding and problems solving...!

Overall a good experience. A few enhancements I would recommend:- insert images and/or table snapshots. Given the direction and tools available through the likes of Claude AI, Fathom's competition is tough. I am swayed towards Claude because of flexibility to design a report with an artistic component as well as being able to use images and tables that I cannot use in Fathom.
