Paidnice has enabled us to enforce late fees
Before Paidnice, we didn't really enforce late fees on invoices because it was an administrative nightmare. Now it's fully automated and our invoices get paid faster.

PaidNice has had a very positive impact on our business.
Before setting it up, our company was struggling with collecting funds on time, which was creating pressure on our cash flow. Love it - Paidnice just works from day 1
Once you have configured setting up the rules with the guidance of the Paidnice team it all practically runs on its own, with minimal input from users. With the new addition of Parent / Child relationships that have just been developed, you can now set up Head Office and branch accounts all on one statement. Game changer for us. Love it and the support from Paidnice is great, they are happy to do a remote walkthrough using your data on screen and explain what you need to do step by step.

Solves so many problems
A great app that makes a real difference to how we interact with our clients. It allows us to apply interest to overdue invoices, to send reminders, and to send invoices at times when they are likely to be seen. We would not be without it.
