RemitClear has really streamlined my day and taken a significant amount of manual work out of processing remittances. It runs quietly in the background, automatically matching and posting remittances without me having to constantly monitor it. One of the biggest benefits for me is knowing that it continues to work when I’m away from the office. I can come back after a day off or holiday and find that remittances have continued to be processed in my absence, rather than having a backlog waiting for me. We distribute into most major NZ retailers, with remittances often containing hundreds of lines each. Matching them to our Xero invoices used to be a manual time consuming job. RemitClear reads them and matches them without us building a template or a rule for each customer.
