We have been using Scott's Add-in for around 18 months now for our monthly management reporting and the time saving is massive. Going from someone having to dump out of Xero each markets P&L and the transactions behind them, every month, for every manager, to sending a message out saying your reports are ready to update is just huge. Managers simply update one date field from a lookup list and voila, their reports update! Scott's team are always very fast to respond to any queries. With their latest feature release, they added an additional field to the output that I requested, on the day I requested it. To ensure reporting integrity, I have a Scott's Add-in trial balance sitting behind my reports to check that any new GL codes that have been added in Xero have also been added into the reports we have built. I highly recommend this add-in.

I've been using Scott's Addin now for about a year. I've used it in three organisations. It has allowed me to produce financial reporting that simply can't be produced directly from Xero, as well as produce more standard reporting far more efficiently. In the case of one client I now deliver a set of reports in around an hour that previously took one to two working days. The team at Scott's has also been very helpful and responsive any time I've needed assistance, emails are answered promptly, advice is always helpful. I would recommend Scott's Add-ins to anyone using Xero.

Using Scotts has made our ME reporting so much faster. If you are handy with Excel, it's a huge boon. Minus 1 start because it can be a little buggy and crashes sometimes. Seems to happen more often when you have different folks handing off the same workbook. Typically completely closing down Excel and reopening fixes errors though. I haven't experienced any permanent damage to workbooks though. Still 100% worth using even with the bugginess.

I recently moved to a company that have started using Scotts - it's such a great time saver, the formulae are really easy to set up, and it totally helps streamline management reporting and budgeting - I'd highly recommend it, really fantastic. The first time I used it, I updated the date cell in a monthly accounts file and literally said "oh wow - that's magic!"

I absolutely love this app. It is very easy to get set up and link Xero into Excel. I have created amazing working papers and management accounts that now update automatically and rolling them forward for the next month is done by only changing the date in a single cell! The team are great too, respond quickly and even added in a feature I requested within 24 hours - amazing service.

I stumbled across this app when searching through the app store. I was looking for an app to help me with regular reporting but I needed something that offered greater flexibility than the market leading apps that I have already used. This does not disappoint on this score as you have all the flexibility that Excel offers. There are really helpful webinars to watch and I did contact the support team twice as I got to grips with the software. Simple questions really but the response was rapid and very helpful.
