We have recently been through our first month end using Balancer to reconcile our intercompany loan accounts. There is nothing more frustrating thinking that month end is finished, then finding unreconciled transactions in intercompany accounts! Balancer has cut down on a significant amount of manual work and we can quickly re-reconcile and identify discrepancies when changes are made (which is often at month end!). Mayday syncs quickly & easily with Xero, which allows us to easily check which transactions are causing an issue, fix, then re-reconcile. Having been won over with Balancer, we are now starting to use Recharger which I can already see will be another huge time saver & cut down on a lot of manual transactions. I have a very happy & excited Finance team with these tools. Great customer service too!

We have c40 trading companies within the group many of which have inter company trade and recharges which is very easily dealt with by Mayday. The BRAG feature is exceptionally useful when clients inevitably pay the wrong the company! It's definitively saved us lots of time as well as ensuring all in in balance! Mayday's a must have for groups of companies!

Recharger has been the best software I’ve implemented for a client, it has saved us so much time. It didn't take me long to learn how to use the recharger function and it was great how easily I could make corrections and update if necessary.
