I’ve been a longtime Fathom user and continue to be impressed. Their team consistently delivers new features with a clear focus on usability and the end user. Forecasting, planning, and reporting are intuitive and powerful, making it one of the most seamless tools I’ve used for financial analysis and storytelling.

Excellent tool that integrates well with XERO, takes a bit of learning and checking but once you learn it, pretty amazing and the service / response time is brilliant, Top marks

Prior to Fathom I spent all my time designing spreadsheets and then adjusting those spreadsheet to take into account of future possibilities and then forgetting to change the formulas back etc etc. Fathom's forecast feature allows me clarity for future projections and does not allow wishful thinking to predominate.

We love using Fathom, the reporting is really good, user friendly and customisable. Also great if you need to consolidate multiple entities, super easy to do. We use this to consolidate 3 entities, with some manual eliminations and then use the system to assist with other eliminations and customise reports. The help is also super helpful when you can't work something out.

As Xero reports are rather basic and not particularly customiseable in a useful way, Fathom was recommended to me. It is really excellent and links to Xero. There is also a great service team who can guide how to use Fathom to get the specific reports you need eg: building forecast scenarios and then report on how actuals compare to budget / scenarios. I have had many opportunitis to call customer service and never got round to leaving a review. Their response is always constructive and rapid. The knowledge of their advisors is very good and they do their level best to resolve your queries and point you in the direction of lots of helpful educational content. When they can't solve your issue or the software doesn't do what you would like it to they come up with workarounds and take on board suggestions for future development of the software. Certainly adds another level of reporting ability out of our Xero accounting software.
