Excellent app
The workflows in Approval Max have hugely improved the efficiency of our invoice approvals whilst also giving a clear audit trail. The integration to Xero is seamless and customer service is extremely responsive to feedback and helping to resolve queries

Game changer!
ApprovalMax has solved our manual, timely and risky work arounds for more than just the approval process. It constantly delights me with its ease of use, visual efficiency and effectiveness. Our Financial Manager will be getting a bonus for finding and implementing ApprovalMax

We use ApprovalMax for accounts payable and bill approvals, PO's and it's made a genuine difference to how our finance team operates. What used to involve chasing people over email is now a structured, trackable process. It integrates seamlessly with Xero right out of the box, and the setup was much simpler than we expected. Overall, it's a reliable tool that does exactly what it promises.

Approval Processing
We have been using approval max for over a year now, we needed a platform that links approval process with Xero based on defined approval limits for each approver and Approval max provides this option along with audit trail for who approves which bills this has been really helpful for us.
