I think Approval Max is great. Easy to use and saves lots of time. However as an accountant , at month end we need to get all the current months invoices posted on Xero and the Purchase Ledger closed. We have to email approvers to remind them they have outstanding invoices still waiting to be approved/rejected. it would be really helpful if Approval Max could send reminder emails out at the click of a button.

Our organisation has been using ApprovalMax for a sometime now, its really great app for authorizing invoices and expenses and making payments. Before using this ApprovalMax we used to get approvals via emails which can be hard to traced for Auditors - but now all traces are recorded on the app. Would highly recommend this app.

Instant alerts for approvals help keep the process moving without delays. The only downside is that two-factor authentication (2FA) can be a bit frustrating for some of the non-technical staff. Overall, it has been a solid tool for improving efficiency.Excellent support team and I will highly recoomend it.
