Excellent Customer Service !
Raised a ticket this morning and was amazed at the speed of resolution. Normally companies give you a holding reply " we will check and let you know" . But Kyle from Joiin reverted saying what the problem was, went on to explain it, and told me he had already spoken to his product team and resolved it.
Clear and efficient communication. Thank you, Kyle and Joiin .

Game changer for consolidations
We have over 150 entities to consolidate. Joiin created a integrated solution to complicated excel formulas and greater visibility together with Xero.

Excellent flexible reporting
Love Joiin, it saves me lots of time. Harry and the rest of the support team are always very responsive and helpful if I need them.

Amazing reporting
I have always struggled with the quality of xero reporting and Joiin has made a huge difference and is now my go to for all reporting. Excellent bolt on

Does what we need it to do!
We don't use all Joiin's functions yet because we are a relatively new user. However, in setting up and running customised consolidated FS it has been really straight-forward. The user interface is pretty intuitive. Support videos are are a really helpful resource and because of these and the system support we haven't had to rely on face-to-face support.
