Doesn't do what it says even at the most basic level

Had to spend days and days fixing all the completely and obviously wrong reconciliations - thousands of them. And this is the second time I tried it - about 6 months after the first attempt. Completely mishandled and impossible to undo in bulk because of Xero limitations. Putting artificial intelligence in the name is misleading as it doesn't seem to have any real intelligence in it. By now AI models have advanced much more but this app doesn't seem to be taking advantage of that. Just a lot of promises. Eventually fixed all the things it did wrong and thankfully found Synder which works reliably! What Booke AI advertise is what I was looking for but at least for our business, it was unable to deliver even close to a useful outcome at least as of today. Hopefully they will improve their model and start offering a free trial so people can evaluate it without paying them $75 each time.

Didn't receive reply

Tried emailing them for help... no response. Don't seem fully resourced to manage mainstream audience yet perhaps. I found auto categorisation not working and it didn't seem that much "AI" was happening compared to Xero match/create suggestions.

Horrible - They don't seem to want business

Used the setup walkthrough only to get a page not found so I can setup a date. Called the number, only heard music and no one answered. Emailed them and was able to create an appointment for the walkthrough. The host canceled the walkthrough 5 minutes before it was supposed to start. Was looking for software to assist in automating recons, thought this might be it but they don't seem interested in getting new business. Many other solutions, we'll find something else.
