We have been using FYI now for a few months and I have found it to be great. The email and document management is very flexible and allows for practice wide as well as client grouping management. The nesting of email chains is the best I have seen reducing the email noise created by back and forth emails. They integrate to XPM, Xero, Xero Tax, Nowinfinity and Docusign with more on the way. Their document and email templates save us a lot of time and create consistency in communicating with our clients. From a management point of view it has a negative email function that can tag emails for management to look that may contain complaints from clients. Coming soon the NOA automation will save our firm almost 1/3 FTE staff member. The team at FYI are also very open to discussing future development and ideas for their road map. All in all it has been a great experience for us to date. I cannot recommend FYI highly enough for any Accounting or bookkeeping firms
