Revolut Business + Xero
Good news! You can sync your Revolut transactions and expenses directly into your Xero account to leave manual tasks behind and get back to business.
Our Expenses integration lets you automatically upload your receipts, tax rates and categories into Xero, making reconciliation of your accounts at the end of the month super simple.
Our Bills integration lets you pull bills in from Xero automatically, or upload them to your account. We'll extract all the data. Just review and send payments, with all transaction details syncing between your apps. It’s fast. It’s simple. It’s intuitive.
Our Invoice Payments integration enables your customers to pay the invoices instantly via card, Revolut Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Pay by Bank. We’ll automatically mark the invoice as "Paid" in Xero and reconcile the transaction for you, saving you time and getting you paid faster (this requires a Revolut Merchant account).
Getting started
To set up Xero integration:
- Go to 'Settings'. On the web, click the cog (top-right)
- Open the 'Integrations' sub-menu
- In 'Accounting', click 'Add' and select 'Xero'
