New payment details

When you sign up to Payments-on-Demand, new payment details are created for you in your business's name. When your customer pays via bank transfer, the payment is automatically transferred to your business transaction account in real time using OSKO, at no additional cost.

Automated payment matching and reconciliation

Payments are automatically reconciled into Xero. All you'll need to do is match the payment amount in your bank feed with the payment Marmalade has applied to the invoice.

Trusted customer statements

Payments-on-Demand sends monthly statements on your behalf, using your branding. These statements remind customers which invoices are overdue, due this month, or not yet due.

Professional collections

If customers don’t pay within 30 days of the due date, Marmalade will handle the collections process on your behalf. We respectfully manage these tough conversations for you and provide full transparency of all communications.

Terrible and incompetent service

Terrible. They made mistakes allocating payment to the correct invoices, adversely affecting customer relations with some of our clients. We were accused of suspicious activity because we had cashed out an invoice in a our first week, but the client accidentally paid us, we paid the payment back to marmalade within 24 hours. But were accused of stealing anyway. They hold onto payments for over a week, and only ended up paying some payments after I raised the issue with them. They would hound our customers every fortnight with statements asking for payment, when invoices were not even due yet. After being accused of suspicious activity because we cashed out and then the customer went into administration. We decided the mistakes, the accusations, the toxicity and the incompetence were too much to continue to deal with so we started to move away. Marmalade did not make this easy, by telling our customers after we informed them we were changing back to pay on the statement to them. The only one here doing any suspicious activity was Marmalade. Please look elsewhere.

Amazing solution for all businesses!

Working with Marmalade the last 12 months has had an extremely positive impact on our business.
