MyIQ + Xero
MyIQ integrates directly with Xero to sync accounting data alongside POS, rostering and inventory systems. Supported sources include popular POS platforms, rostering tools and inventory applications used in hospitality, retail and franchise groups.
Synchronization is incremental and automatic—or real‑time where needed. Data flows into a secure enterprise‑grade data warehouse hosted on Microsoft Azure. We use industry‑standard encryption, access controls, backup and geo‑redundant storage. As new transactions appear in Xero or POS, changes sync in minutes.
The data model aligns Xero invoices, payments, contacts and chart of accounts with sales revenue, stock movement and roster times. Prebuilt dimensions and metrics include daily sales, cost of goods sold, wage cost vs revenue, rebates, margins and promotions.
You can choose to use MyIQ’s out‑of‑the‑box Power BI dashboard suite, or connect your own BI tools to the warehouse. MyIQ also supports embedding branded dashboards—complete with your logos and site filters—via Power BI Embedded.
Permissions let you control who sees what: filter by site, franchise or role. MyIQ scales across multiple locations or regions. It handles high volumes and supports businesses expanding across New Zealand, Australia and beyond.
