Overview
Microkeeper is an all-in-one, online Australian payroll platform that makes workforce administration easy. It integrates core HR functions, rostering, timesheets and payroll processing.
It has the flexibility to suit a variety of industries with a number of time clocking options including a mobile app with GPS tracking, facial recognition, fingerprint scanning, NFC tags and browser clocking.
Timesheet data is automatically converted to payslips via the award interpretation engine. When it's time to process super this can be done in seconds via direct integration to a super clearing house.
Microkeeper + Xero
Microkeeper generates reports of your payroll data such as wage breakdown, overtime, bonus, tax and superannuation.
Each expense is allocated to the relevant account. Payroll data is automatically imported into Xero each time you run payroll.
Getting started
- Register a Microkeeper account
- Connect your Microkeeper account to Xero
- Once a pay run has been processed the data can be pushed to Xero
