Integrating Bluechain into the Xero Accounts Payable workflow, reduces the workload on bookkeepers and simplifies the approval process for business owners. Paying with Bluechain is easy. Simply add suppliers to the Bluechain group, and when the bill or batch is approved in Xero, a payment request is automatically sent to the Bluechain app. In the phone app, the business owner can view details of bills, choose to part-pay or remove bills, select the method of payment (including credit cards and trade finance), then schedule or process the payment. The Xero billing history is updated in real time as Bluechain processes the payment, and all changes made by the owner are automatically communicated back to Xero. Bluechain even marks the bill as paid or part-paid. Start by registering with Bluechain and downloading the app from the Apple store or Google Play store. The setup wizard then takes you through the process of granting permissions and connecting to Xero.
