Overview

Peach is an all Australian, fast throughput, cloud-based Software, widely used by Importers, Wholesalers, Retailers and Workshops needing complex inventory solutions.

Peach is Used by Companies with 5,000 to 1 million Inventory Items and large Debtor & Creditor Ledgers. Peach Software focuses on Purchasing, Warehousing, Pricing Automation, B2B and B2C connectivity and mobile applications. Supported platforms include PC, MAC, Tablets and Smart Phones

Xero Integration

Sales and Purchase Invoices flow into Xero. Purchase invoices can be managed in Xero while Customer Receipts can be taken through either Xero or Peach updating balances in both, so your sales staff can take cash and account payments in Peach while monitoring customer credit limits, without the need to access your Xero Accounting Application.

Automated Selling Prices

With Peach Software you can Automate 6 levels of standard selling Prices as well as customise each Customer's net Pricing using Markups or Discounts. Customer pricing can be set by Item Number, Qty Breaks, Product Groups & Subgroups, Brands as well as automate product Promotions with start and finish dates by Customer or Customer Category.

Kits can build automatically during a sale or be prebuilt from a Job Card. Kits can be displayed and customised during a sale, great for changing lengths of assemblies and substituting parts.

Barcodes speed up your warehouse or shop while increasing accuracy. Peach End to End barcode scanning during receiving, stocktaking, and picking. Our Paperless warehousing app takes this to the next level.

Customer SMS and Emails

Email Sales Invoices, Purchase Orders, Specials, Statements and even account reminders. Unlimited Customers and Supplier contacts with contact specific settings as to who gets which documents. SMS or email specials to one or a group of customers. SMS account reminders in minutes knowing the message won’t get stuck in a bottomless inbox or spam filters. Improve Cash flow with automated Account reminders.

Reporting

Open reports straight to PDF or Excel. Change reports from summarised to detailed format on the fly. Reporting can be grouped and sub-grouped. Select any field to sort the report in ascending or descending order. Peach has a powerful Custom Report writer so you can design and save your own reports.

Peach Mobile

Works on any smartphone. Scan through Customers, Suppliers and Products. See statistics and account balances. Take customer orders & Invoices or generate supplier orders on the move.

Integrated B2B allows account customers to log in 24/7 and check their pricing, Stock & availability, see pictures and place orders. Customers can even generate an order based on their own purchase history. Customer Orders instantly appear in your system back at the office to be picked.

Pech business software

We have been using Peach Business software for about 7 years now . We are very happy with the software and the great support service. Can't recommend it enough. The Xero integration also works very well. Thanks for all the great support.

Very happy

I will admit to being very concerned over changing our inventory system from AroFlo to Peach. Being so good at change… NOT! – I was quite anxious in the lead up to our transition. The step by step instructions, access to a “trial” to get familiar with the program, check lists and the very patient support staff at Peach, proved that my concerns were unnecessary. All the Xero integration, background and migration data was taken care of by Peach and our new system was ready to use on transition day. With some minor “tweaks” we were all good to go. The tutorials are very informative and the support staff have been available and willing to help out with any queries that I have had. Contacting them is easy and they always reply promptly. We have found the different search functions very helpful, which makes us look good when we have a customer on the phone who is asking about a part. Being able to find their part quickly improves the experience for our customers which is always a good thing. Ordering stock has become so much quicker and easier! A few clicks and Peach populates our orders for us, leaving more time for running the business and not being stuck in the office. We have only been using Peach for a few months and look forward to increasing our knowledge so that we can utilise more of Peach’s wonderful capabilities.
