Xero Integration
Sales and Purchase Invoices flow into Xero. Purchase invoices can be managed in Xero while Customer Receipts can be taken through either Xero or Peach updating balances in both, so your sales staff can take cash and account payments in Peach while monitoring customer credit limits, without the need to access your Xero Accounting Application.
Automated Selling Prices
With Peach Software you can Automate 6 levels of standard selling Prices as well as customise each Customer's net Pricing using Markups or Discounts. Customer pricing can be set by Item Number, Qty Breaks, Product Groups & Subgroups, Brands as well as automate product Promotions with start and finish dates by Customer or Customer Category.
Kits can build automatically during a sale or be prebuilt from a Job Card. Kits can be displayed and customised during a sale, great for changing lengths of assemblies and substituting parts.
Barcodes speed up your warehouse or shop while increasing accuracy. Peach End to End barcode scanning during receiving, stocktaking, and picking. Our Paperless warehousing app takes this to the next level.

Peach Software + Xero
Peach Software integrates as you like with Xero. Fast and simple! All transactions are synced to Xero in the way that works best for you – invoices, purchases, payments, deposits, customers, suppliers. Do you want individualised invoices and bills posted to Xero? We can do that. Do you want summary journals posted into Xero for accounting purposes only? No problems. Don’t need stock movement in Xero – that’s fine. Getting started
Getting started only requires turning on the integration, follow the onscreen guide to sign into Xero, tick the integration options that suits you, if your general ledger codes are different in Peach and Xero, then map the cods via the crossover section and then start.
Most businesses would map codes for:

What gets posted can be customised based on settings. Most businesses typically want to post individualised invoices and bills and reconcile payments in Xero.
