Burdi is a cloud-based Accounts Payable platform that is saving business owners hours of time and money usually spent on administration and recuperating lost profits due to variations in cost of goods.

Burdi will capture and extract data from invoices, sending the information straight into your Xero account.

  • Automate - Invoices and individual line items are automatically read, analysed, categorised and synchronised with Xero bills.

  • Analyse - Line items are analysed to provide a Recommended Retail Price (RRP) to help maximise profits. You also have the flexibility to set specific profit margins on products. No more guessing how much to charge for products and materials.

Total game changer

Burdi does more than I ever thought it would, its a total game changer! Spend the time and book a walk through with the team. After a tour and some thought you will soon realise how much time and money it can save you. Saves me countless hours in the office. Id say 9-15 hours per week. I now have more time to do other things and be productive in areas of the business where time was lacking. I could not run my business with out burdi. now. Saves me a fortune!

Burdi is a absolute Game Changer!

This software is an absolute game changer and every business with volume purchasing should be using it!. We have been using Burdi for the past year in both our Construction Company and our Maintenance Company and it has literally saved us thousands of dollars. The ease of tracking your products, quoted pricing and supplier price variations makes identifying overcharges and credit claiming a breeze. If you are project tracking and purchasing multiple items on a single invoice it is a simple one key allocation that pushes your tracking code to all line items through to Xero, such a time saver. Our service technicians get instant materials feeds to their jobs which makes on site invoicing a breeze. Absolutely love it and I can't praise the team who developed and support this amazing product enough. Thank you ! Thank you ! Thank you!

Saving Money!

How good is this.... I am a massive advocate for Burdi! Using Burdi, means that I am able to focus my days on my clients and work rather than data entering invoices ANNNNDDD cross referencing costs.... Plus, I've been able to recover money that Burdi indicated was incorrectly priced! Win Win!
