Game Changer
We’ve just started using XOnboard for our onboarding process, and we can’t express how much time, effort, and tracking it has saved us! Not only has it streamlined everything, but it also gives us complete confidence in the process—this software is simply brilliant.
We eagerly await the next feature launch and highly recommend XOnboard to anyone involved in recruitment. If you’re looking for a more innovative, efficient way to onboard new hires, this is it!

Great app
Gone are the days of paper forms to onboard a new employee and gone are the days of administrative typos meaning people details aren't saved. I really like it and would highly recommend it to anyone using Xero.

Simple to use - great app
This is a fantastic app. It keeps things simple and logical. You take the email address of the new starter add that in and they receive a link. Once they complete it, their information will import automatically to xero and you can then add them to your pay run.
Excited to see what features they add in the future.

We only use the basic app, but that seems to work and we've not had any negative feedback from onboarders. Optimally, there would be an information option for Visa holders.

We have a document upload feature going live in a next few weeks. This will enable you to collect additional details / documents from employees (such as visa's).
Additionally, automated VEVO checks is on our long terms roadmap. Tho we don't have an eta.

Simple, Secure, Seamless
Xonboard works exactly as described, has outdated forms for new employees, and all but removed the manual data entry associated with new starters.

Excellent tool.
This tool is saving out Bookkeeper loads of time and hassle when onboarding new staff to our business. Highly recommend.
Although Xero reviews each app in the Xero App Store, we can’t give any guarantees. It’s up to you to assess the performance, quality and suitability of any app before going ahead.
