Don't use them

I have been with them 3 months and so far have not had a full backup, their support it poor and they don't respond to emails, there is no way to cancel my card, they are a rip off.

does not work and support slow to respond

I'm leaving a review here out of frustration. First of all I ran a trial (all good, partial data). Then when I tried to run a one-off, it would not work without Support input and the result was an incomplete export and Support has ghosted me again. I would not consider this a reliable export tool at this time.

Scam

Never able to use the service. Impossible to cancel and support not exists. Stay away.

scam

I was initially able to use it, but for 4 months now, I have not been able to access my backups and there is no support at all. I have asked repeatedly for assistance and to cancel my subscription but nobody replies. There is no way that I can find to cancel the recurring payments either. Going to have to contact my bank to report fraud.

Not a great experience

Four main issues here - 1. Interface is far from intuitive and seems designed to upsell if you get it wrong 2. Getting the functionality to behave as expected took many days and lack of user guide made that worse 3. Support is very laid back and can take 48 hours to get a response 4. Billing is repetitive, even if you sign up for a one-off backup and have to contact support to get a refund An experience I do not wish to repeat again.

Poor integration, no support

Paid $100 for a one-time backup download of my organization's data. Their system fails to provide an invoice for the payment, the file backup included 0 files, and I can't find contact info anywhere to contact them to figure out what is happening.
