- Getting Started Together
Once you submit your request through the Xero Marketplace, our onboarding team will reach out within 24 hours to guide you through your first steps. You’ll know what to expect, who to contact, and how we’ll support you along the way.
- Setup and Data Validation
You’ll begin by integrating your POS system and, where applicable, your accounting software. Viability then validates your data—ensuring POS revenue matches daily gross and net sales. Employee details can be imported or added manually, with accounting records aligned wherever possible. You can adopt Viability modules (Roster, Ordering, etc.) gradually, starting with a single module to ease the onboarding process.
- Test Run (Sandbox Mode)
Before going live, you’ll have access to a sandbox environment. This safe testing space allows you to explore Viability’s features—such as revenue reporting, rostering, and ordering—without affecting real operations. It’s a practical way to build confidence and ensure your team understands the system.
- Users and Access Control
