Getting paid and winning

We started with the Pinch payment system in June 2022 and have not looked back. We now get paid faster and it is so much easier for our clients to pay via the Pinch payment option on our invoices and it means they often pay us either on the due date or the day the invoice is sent out... either way we get paid faster and this is good news for our business and cashflow.

Automatic Payments with Xero Made Easy!

Pinch has been a game changer for our business. It integrates very well with Xero. The best feature for us (and when we started using Pinch, this was something that we couldn't find elsewhere), is that when a customer has a payment authorisation in place, it takes the payment on the invoice due date that is recorded in Xero. No messing around programming in direct debit schedules, and trying to work with fixed schedules that don't match our invoice timing. Another couple of features that are useful for us is we can send links to customers to enter/update their own details for payment authorisations, and that the Pay Now page from the Xero email prompts the customer to save their details for an authorisation to automate future payments if they want to. They have great tech support, were helpful setting us up, and they are straight onto anything we have had to get in touch with them about. One things that has been a little weird is the way it calculates the card surcharge passed on to the customer, as it's not just a straight percentage. It takes into account the surcharge on the surcharge that is added to the total as well if that makes sense. That is a bit hard to explain to customers on the rare occasion it comes up. We would also love it if the card percentage was a little lower, but you need to factor in the service/features that are provided when comparing to other card processing/direct debit providers.

Great product

Great product , easy to set up never have any dramas with reconciliation and I recommend it to all my clients who need a payment solution that also allows card payment when they don’t want an actual eftpos system.

Great Product

Great Product Love that you can take payments from both Credit cards and Banks when many are just credit cards. Love that clients can log in and manage. Love that if needed i can put clients onto payment plans. Great easy to use platform.

Love Pinch!

From the moment I signed up, I've experienced seamless integration, reliable processing, and exceptional customer support. It’s very easy to navigate, making it a breeze to manage my transactions and track my payments. The fees are competitive and transparent, with no hidden charges or surprises. I've used several other payment services in the past, but this one stands out for its overall value. I highly recommend this service to anyone looking to streamline their payments and focus on growing their business.
