Overview

Microkeeper is an all-in-one, online Australian payroll platform that makes workforce administration easy. It integrates core HR functions, rostering, timesheets and payroll processing.

It has the flexibility to suit a variety of industries with a number of time clocking options including a mobile app with GPS tracking, facial recognition, fingerprint scanning, NFC tags and browser clocking.

Timesheet data is automatically converted to payslips via the award interpretation engine. When it's time to process super this can be done in seconds via direct integration to a super clearing house.

Microkeeper + Xero

Microkeeper generates reports of your payroll data such as wage breakdown, overtime, bonus, tax and superannuation.

Each expense is allocated to the relevant account. Payroll data is automatically imported into Xero each time you run payroll.

Getting started

  1. Register a Microkeeper account
  2. Connect your Microkeeper account to Xero
  3. Once a pay run has been processed the data can be pushed to Xero

All in one

I love that once the roster is out and timesheets approved, it's a few clicks away from payroll being complete. No key in errors or data lost

Exceptional Payroll/HR Software

We have been utilising Microkeeper for a number of years now after migrating from Tanda after numerous issues and constant bugs. To date we have only had smooth processing of payroll and any slight hiccup has been promptly resolved via a quick call to the customer service team. The Microkeeper team are constantly rolling out new features and UI improvements that are consistantly easing the payroll process.

Growing business ... Microkeeper has kept pace!

I've been using Microkeeper for my growing not for profit, with numerous departments, and rather quirky pay rate rules, etc. And Microkeeper has been such a time saver. What used to take me up to an hour with 8 employees now takes me less than 20 minutes with up to 19 employees with various rates, rules, timesheets, and such. I have also started playing with the Skills feature and see so much potential for our needs. Now to use the time I've saved to setup some Skills rules and save even more!
