This integration allows you to search your Xero transactions and bills for documents like insurance policies or service agreements—then import them directly into Manage My Renewals (MMR) for automated tracking and reminders.

🧾 How it works:
🔎 Search your Xero data Quickly locate documents using filters such as: • Account • Contact
📎 Import attachments from Xero Pull PDFs and other files attached to bills and transactions directly into MMR—no manual uploads required.
🧠 OCR document scanning MMR uses its existing OCR engine to extract key details from the document once it’s imported, the same way it does for manually uploaded files.
📅 Convert to a renewal After importing, simply select the relevant document and turn it into a renewal item inside MMR.

Getting started
Getting Started with the MMR + Xero Integration

Connect Xero to MMR Authorise your Xero account in Manage My Renewals to unlock access to your transaction and bill data.

Search Transactions or Bills Use MMR to search your Xero transactions and bills for attached documents. You can filter by fields like account or contact to quickly find relevant renewal items.

Select Documents to Import Choose which attached documents you want to bring into MMR. These will be pulled directly from Xero into your renewals dashboard.

MMR’s OCR Does the Work Once imported, MMR automatically runs its built-in OCR process to scan each document and extract the relevant renewal data.

Track Renewals Seamlessly Converted renewal items appear in your MMR dashboard—ready for automated reminders, tracking, and client management.
