As we are using Xero and exploring Fathom for consolidation and reporting across multiple entities, their support has been especially valuable in helping us navigate the setup and reporting features. The team has also been proactive in sharing relevant recorded video tutorials to address our queries. Where an existing tutorial was not available, they went the extra mile to record a customised tutorial within a very short timeframe.
