Excellent Product

Find Dext very easy to use - Intergrates really well with Xero - Reads & Scans invoices excellently & often picks up detail & discrepancies that i might often miss if loading manually . Probably do not use to its full extent but for the parts i do use i cant fault this product. Would definately recommend .

Bankrupt moral values

I recently got a new accountant. She recommend we use Hubdoc since it’s free. Dext charged us the annual subscription literally the day we decided to cancel. I cancelled and they would not refund $300 using the excuse that we have used the app. We used it maybe one day to add recipes in, that is NOT worth $300! Do NOT use Dext! How many small businesses do they steal from each year? This should be a class action suit. Please contact me if you are interested in this pursuit!

Dext wont refund

We have a few people working for us, a mistake was made, an old employee set up the dext account. Be use an email was missed - dext refuses to refund a full years subscription paid in advance. They say to bad according to their terms and conditions. To me it’s rediculous that a software company can’t refund at least 90% of a subscription when we have asked to cancel it
