Once you connect dexIQ to Xero, the two platforms work together seamlessly in the background. Invoices that arrive in your email inbox are automatically extracted and validated by dexIQ's AI, then synced to Xero as draft bills with the original PDF attached. From there, your team can submit and approve bills, create batch payments, and track everything — all without leaving dexIQ. Every action is reflected in Xero in real time.
Getting started
- Click the "Get this app" button at the top of this page.
- Sign in with your Microsoft or Google account at app.dexiq.com.au — no separate password needed.
- Follow the Setup Wizard to create your organisation, connect your email inbox, and link your Xero account.
- Once connected, dexIQ will automatically start processing incoming invoices and syncing them to Xero.
