From Timesheet to Xero Invoice in a Few Clicsk: When a support worker completes a shift, they log their time and activities in the DayspringCare mobile app. Once that timesheet is reviewed by an administrator, DSC automatically generates a detailed invoice. It correctly applies NDIS or Aged Care line items, quantities, and rates based on the specific services delivered. With a single click, this invoice is pushed directly to your Xero account, ready for you to send to the client, plan manager, or funding body.
Client and Staff Contact Sync: Keep your contact database consistent across both systems. When you add a new client or staff member to DayspringCare, their key details can be automatically created in Xero. This means you only have to enter information once, saving time and preventing discrepancies between your operational and financial records. Your client list in Xero will always match your active client list in DayspringCare.
Prepare for Payroll with Confidence: While DayspringCare is not a payroll system, it makes your payroll process in Xero significantly easier and more accurate. Start by clicking the “Get this app” button. This button will launch a secure, guided process to connect your Xero organisation with DayspringCare. It's the first and most important step.
Your Simple Setup Process We’ve designed our onboarding to be a simple, step-by-step journey. Here’s what you can expect after you click “Get this app”:
- Authorise the Connection: You will be prompted to log in to your Xero account and grant permission for DayspringCare to connect. This is a secure process handled by Xero, ensuring your data is always protected. This step establishes the link that allows invoices and data to flow seamlessly.
- Create Your instance: Once the connection is authorised, you’ll be guided to create your new DayspringCare account. We'll ask for some basic information about your organisation to get your platform set up.
- Once the instance is created, follow the Xero setup knowledge base that includes sync contacts, clients, staff and earning rates.
You're Ready to Go! That's it. Your DayspringCare platform is now connected to Xero. You can begin scheduling shifts, have your team submit timesheets through the mobile app, and generate your first batch of invoices to send directly to Xero.
