ChangeGPS + Xero
Legendary frontline knowledge to make accountants Faster + Better Advice. ChangeGPS can be used standalone, but Accountants gain massive efficiency when it is connected to Xero Practice Manager (XPM).
- ChangeGPS uses XPM data to create “instant” (5 min or less) client advice reports in colour with your logo.
- We read XPM client, group and relationship data to auto create Blueprint Structure Diagrams in less than 5 seconds, instantly set up all business entities + individuals in client reports, saving you massive amounts of time.
- Then generate letters on your digital letterhead using client contact data – saving your admin team massive amounts of time.
- Also create lists of services your clients use and don’t use, segmenting these to allow you to email marketing using Mail Chimp or other marketing services.
ChangeGPS does the repetitive stuff. We also do the fluffy stuff so you can do what matters.
Getting started
Follow these steps for each staff member you want to be able to authorise connections to 3rd Party addons:
- Go to the Business > Settings > Staff page, or click on this link to go directly there.
- Search for the Staff Member that you would like to add this permission to.
- Ensure that the Staff has the Administrator Privilege. If they do not, tick the checkbox for this and Save the Staff settings first.
- You will now see a new Heading appear at the bottom of the page, “API Access Privileges”. Tick the checkbox for this and Save the Staff Settings to assign Authorise 3rd Party Full Access privilege.
- Go to ChangeGPS's settings page, Scroll down and open "Connection Settings" tab, and click "Connect" button.
- A small pop up window will come up. Log into Xero.
