Honestly the way the system is setup. For anyone with a brain, it is terrible to use.

It doesn't give the trades an option to edit quotes or invoices without prior request from the agents. I was requested to revise a quote from the agent, I tried to do it on B+A however it didn't work. I decided to just edit it on Xero however apparently that completely makes B+A bonkers and breaks it. Now I can't get my sync to work with B+A. I can't even place any new quotes because of this. I do not recommend using this platform unless you are forced to like I was. It is terrible and I would much rather just email or text my invoices directly through Xero than have a 3rd party mess with my invoices and quotes. This platform sucks. Cannot recommend it to people.

Hidden fees

Hidden fees for trades to pass onto landlords. Does not integrate with current scheduling system and using bricks + Agent online portal is slow and not formatted for anything but PC. Maybe best to make it user friendy before extorting trades to pay for the priveledge of doing a property managers job.
