ATOmate has been a game changer for our accounting firm. Our bookkeepers and accountants were previously spending huge amounts of time reviewing ATO documents, composing emails, and sending out to clients. This is in addition to our admin team who were manually downloading documents, redacting TFNs before sending, and distributing to other staff. All of this work has been almost eliminated thanks to ATOmate. ATO documents are no longer a time-consuming task due to the use of email templates, automatic sending, and ease of managing and following up. The software support is also excellent. ATOmate is one of the smartest software decisions we have made in the past couple of years, and we wish we had done it sooner.
