We started using ScaleXP fully in the last few months and are already finding that it's slick automation is saving us numerous hours a month. Gone are the days of running lengthy reports and analysing data. ScaleXP is a must for anyone who wants to streamline their accounts and save time. Love it.

Using Scale XP for managing deferred revenue and accrued revenue, allows us to see a complete picture for our revenue recognition without spreadsheets. It's also a nifty tool for managing accrued and prepaid expenses, for the same reason. Great time saver!

It seamlessly integrates with Xero and Hubspot, making forecasting super easy, accurate and efficient. Provided us with great visibility of our pipeline deals and xero invoices including repeating invoices all in one place. Revenue recognition and prepayment tools are fantastic and almost fully eliminate the need for traditional spreadsheets. Every accountant should try this app. Suezann and her team provide an excellent support and always take customer feedback on board. Highly recommended!
