Very unhappy with Zero so far compared to Quick Books

I can't believe that this product still doesn't support the automatic import of line items. It is an embarrassment that Xero acquired Hubdocs and have been unable to improve the product. What on earth have the product team been doing for the past seven years? There are plenty of other alternatives out there that I would happily pay money to use.

HubDoc is an essential part of bookkeeping with Xero, but it seems to have been forgotten. It's Ui/Ux is stuck in the past, it feels like a decade + old piece of software. The whole thing just feels clunky at best.. Yes, it works mostly how it's supposed to and I love the idea of it, it just needs a make over. In fact, Xero should really just integrate its features right into the Xero UI and do away with it all together.

Xero charge a lot, this needs to reflected in their products like this one. Very sub par app unfortunately. Hoping for improvements soon

Major problems all the time which even xero team don't get it fixed properly.

I have had to unfortunately move to Hubdoc from Dext due to Xero inclusions and Xero pricing going up. Hubdoc requires lots of double entry and is very basic. Dext is far better
