Frazer Booth

WorkflowMax is a reliable and easy-to-use job management tool. It helps keep projects, time tracking, and invoicing organised in one place, which saves time and improves visibility across jobs. Overall, it’s a solid system for managing workflows and staying on top of project costs. Thanks to Liz Tobin for the help on the software health check.

Great, flexible product

The software integrates seamlessly with Xero and provides us with the flexibility to record time and associated costs by job so we can give check on job profitability and invoiced time and costs. The reporting is the only area which is a bit cumbersome and needs some refinement.

WorkflowMax Integrations

WorkflowMax is a great time-saver for a small business. The integration with Xero is pretty much seamless and will get even better when multi-currency is introduced. The new Zapier integration is great and means we now have direct integration with our ISO9001 quality system.

API

Generally we have enjoyed working with WorkFlowMax and very much appreciated the effort you went to so that the transfer from the old WFM to the new went well despite being a bit stressful. The main problem we have is that we enter customer details into WFM but we have other software applications that need to be populated with the same data. Our IT provider says they need and API from Workflow Max to enable that to happen but you have refused to develop or release that. This is very annoying and becoming a big factor in our decisions about software going forward as we grow our business. It would be awesome if you could put some work into this as soon as possible.

We completely understand how important it is for your other software systems to stay in sync with your customer information. The good news is that the new WorkflowMax does include API functionality that allows exactly this. Your IT provider can integrate with our API to populate your other applications with the same data entered into WorkflowMax. All API documentation is publicly available, and our team is more than happy to assist your IT provider if they have questions about getting connected.
