New user experience

We’ve recently moved to WorkflowMax and it’s already proving to be a strong fit for our creative agency. It gives us the structure we need to manage projects, track time and control costs without feeling overly rigid. The integration with Xero provides clear visibility on budgets, invoicing and profitability, helping us run projects more efficiently while keeping the financial side joined up and transparent.

Long term user

It has been an enjoyable experience to date. Integrated with Hubspot, Google, and Xero. The guys are on the ball, responsive and building capabilities to create a seamless workspace tool. I can only envisage it getting better and better.

Could not run my business without WFM

I have been using WFM for over 10 years and can honestly say I don't know how I would manage without it! Whenever I have had issues, their tech support have been fast and efficient, and always there to help! I cannot recommend this product enough!
