WFM2 is great
We have used WFM for many years. It is great to see the enthusiasm and improvements by the Blue Rock team in a short time.

I like the app
We used WFM powered by Xero and have done the mirgration to WFM by BR. While there has been some issues there has also been some wins. The greatest thing about WFM by BR is the support that I receive from the support team, especially from Alex. She goes above and beyond when finding out the option that works for you on ways around it or getting the fix resolved from productions and letting me know when it should be implemented.

Great platform for job-based businesses for clear financial performance of their jobs
I've worked with the WFM by BR team for a long time as a partner and as a user - we use WFMBR for our business, Apparatus Quo as well. I love the clarity we get on our job based profitability and performance, and all of this can feed through into Xero aligned to how we report and segment our data. For our clients, we have many who are loving the platform and we are all excited for the roadmap and each additional feature that comes out, kudos to the team!

Great product
Product is working well and the functions are sufficient for our needs. Definitely the best value in terms of functionality and cost. Well done to the team for getting this built in such a short time.

Unstable and Unworkable
We used WorkflowMax by Xero for a number of years it was fairly basic but it did work.
We migrated over to Bluerock WorkflowMax fairly seamlessly but in the months since we have been using it, it has got worse not better! We have experienced bugs, clunkiness and instability issues across the whole system. Intermittently it just does not respond or functions do not work. The system is so unstable and the customer service is so slow that it has started to impact our business, thereby making it unusable as a valuable business tool.
